We rely on the following legal grounds for the collection, processing, and use of your personal data:

Moreover, other departments within RUI may have access to certain personal data about you on a need to know basis, such as the legal and compliance department, the finance department or internal auditing.

RUI provides you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving updates on RUI products and services, newsletters and other promotional materials. 8. What rights do you have and how can you assert your rights?

9. How long do we keep your personal data?

We may retain your contact details and interests in our products or services for a longer period of time if RUI is allowed to send you marketing materials. Moreover, if required by applicable law we may store certain of your personal data as long as necessary for taxation purposes, which might require a storage for several years- To the extent possible, we will restrict the processing of your personal data for such limited purposes after the termination of the contractual relationship.
